Van's Auction Service, with our office based in Marion, has been in business since 1967. We offer both complete on site auctions and partial auctions. So we can help you whether you have an entire household to dispose of or a truckload of items.
We will meet with you to view the sale items at your convenience and discuss with you the various details of the process which would include, boxing and organizing the items for auction day, as well as advertising. We provide clerks (who record each item as it is sold) and tents with heaters for any type of weather.
We even provide broom cleaning and disposal of items that may not sell if you desire.
It is not unusual for customers to feel overwhelmed at first when contemplating cleaning out and disposing of a lifetime of possessions, however, once the seller determines what they would like to keep, our staff an organize and box a typical home within a day to be auction ready.
Unlike garage sales that are labor intensive with price marking and sorting and hauling of items, auctions will dispose of all of your items in a single day, with nothing to get rid of later. Your payment will be reveived in one week, accompanied ny a copy of the clerk sheets where each item and the price it was bought at we're recorded.
We are equipped to sell all types of household, estate, farm and business liquidation sales. We are a small town and family run business that believes in hard work and honesty.
